Located in the Carabanchel district of Madrid, the Palacio Vistalegre Arena is one of the most iconic venues in the Spanish capital and has been part of the prestigious European Arenas Association for the last 20 years.
Its history dates back to 15th May 1908 when it was inaugurated as a bullring. And the modern facility has inherited a unique circular structure that ensures spectators of every event have a clear view of everything taking place.
The modernisation works took place in time for a grand re-opening in the year 2000. Since then, it has hosted sporting, cultural and musical events with a capacity of 15,000 spectators.
It has hosted all kinds of events, and last season it reunited with X-Trial by hosting the opening round of the World Championship calendar, having last done so in 2003 when Adam Raga claimed his first World Champion title there.
