This Spanish rider could be described as a young veteran. Although only 27 years old, his experience in the discipline has been limited by a serious injury. He made his debut in 2018 at age 19, competing in Vendée and Barcelona. Unfortunately, an untimely injury in Barcelona sidelined him for the rest of the season and interrupted a career that had promised much. He did not return to the World Championship until last season, when he competed in Cahors, qualified for the final, and missed the podium by just 7 points.
