Alexandre Ferrer was for several seasons the top-performing French rider in the X-Trial discipline.  Since his debut at X-Trial Marseille in 2010, Ferrer has participated in 24 events, with a best finish of fifth position dating back to 2013.  He has appeared for France on no less than five occasions at the X-Trial of Nations, claiming four silver medal positions.
