A packed house is guaranteed for the start of the new era of the X-Trial World Championship at the Vendéspace.
The X-Trial World Championship gets underway this Sunday in front of the packed stands of the Vendéspace, with tickets sold out as fans await the first glimpse of the sport in its new era. X-Trial Vendée starts at 16:00.
Spectators will watch on as Toni Bou (Repsol Montesa Honda) attempts yet another defence of his X-Trial World Championship crown. To retain his crown, over eight rounds Bou will need to get the better of rivals including former World Champion Adam Raga (TRS), reigning world number three Jeroni Fajardo (newly signed by Gas Gas) and Britain´s James Dabill (now with Beta).
Young chargers Benoit Bincaz and Arnau Farré will make their X-Trial World Championship debuts, joining Jaime Busto (Gas Gas), and veterans Matteo Grattarola (Montesa) and Jorge Casales (Vertigo) who will hope to provide the series´ first surprises.
