Paris awaits Bou and Raga

The top two in the X-Trial World Championship meet again in the French capital

The AccorHotels Arena in Paris will be the scene for another duel between the two X-Trial FIM World Championship superstars.  Reigning World Champion Toni Bou (Repsol Honda) and Adam Raga (TRS) line up at a unique and classic venue for the series that has returned to the calendar this year.

Bou arrives with the World Championship in his grasp as a result of five successive victories this season, and is on the path to his twelfth consecutive world crown.   Meanwhile Adam Raga, who himself has been World Champion on no less than four occasions, will be looking for his first win of the campaign after three runner-up positions and two third places this season.

Whilst both riders are clear favourites for victory in an event that will be as spectacular as ever, the 2018 season has been proof that there are various other stars aiming to upset the established order.

So far, six different riders have made it onto the podium alongside Bou and Raga in six events.  Youngsters Jaime Busto (Gas Gas) and Miquel Gelabert (Sherco) finished runners-up in Vendée and Strasbourg respectively, while James Dabill (Beta), Benoit Bincaz (Scorpa) and Jeroni Fajardo (Gas Gas) finished third in Montpellier, Toulouse and most recently in Barcelona.

Each will aim to shine in front of the Parisian public on the 17th March.
