This new contract, covering the next three seasons until 2029, with an option for an additional two-year extension, confirms the ongoing trust between the FIM and Esdeux Organisation
Since 2021, Esdeux Organisation has been responsible for promoting the FIM X-Trial World Championship and has been dedicated to developing this spectacular discipline on an international level. Over the past five seasons, the championship has experienced significant growth, with the addition of new destinations and an expanded calendar.
The introduction of a more dynamic competition format has helped enhance the intensity and appeal of the spectacle, while the integration of young riders alongside the discipline’s world stars contributes to preparing the future of X-Trial. In addition, an ambitious digital strategy has continuously increased the championship’s visibility and audience worldwide.
With strong experience in organizing Indoor Trial events, Esdeux Organisation, led by Bernard Estripeau, brings together more than forty years of expertise and over four hundred competitions organized worldwide.
Bernard Estripeau, promoter of the FIM X-Trial World Championship, stated: “First of all, I would like to thank the FIM for the trust it continues to place in us with this five-year renewal. We work together in a climate of trust, and I am very proud of the work we have accomplished jointly to develop X-Trial. Over the past five years, we have implemented a more dynamic competition format, integrated many young riders, and added new nationalities to the competition. We have also brought X-Trial to new countries and gradually increased the number of events, reaching ten in the last season. We share the same vision for the future of the discipline: to continue growing it, open it up to more nations, allow new talent to emerge at the highest level, deliver a high-quality show, and make X-Trial increasingly visible and attractive to fans around the world.”
Jorge Viegas, President of the FIM, added: “In recent seasons, Esdeux Organisation has successfully evolved and developed the FIM X-Trial World Championship on an international scale. We are delighted to continue this collaboration and are confident in Bernard Estripeau and his team’s ability to keep growing this spectacular discipline and make it accessible to all audiences.”
Esdeux Organisation approaches the coming seasons with the aim of continuing the championship’s international development, exploring new territories, and further strengthening the appeal of X-Trial among fans worldwide.
