Unibet Arena

The Unibet Arena opened in November 2001 and is Estonia’s main and largest multifunctional arena.  Situated in the subdistrict of Haabersti in Tallinn, the capital of the country, it was known as Saku Suurhall until it was renamed on 31st December 2022.  

Owned by Best Idea OÜ, it seats 7,200 spectators with a maximum capacity of 10,000.  It can also be broken down into several different layouts and houses 300 events annually of which 70 are large-scale.   Shortly after its inauguration, the venue hosted Eurovision 2002. 

In the sporting sphere, highlights include the European Karate Championship, figure skating, Under-20 basketball and volleyball.  

Some of the biggest names in music have also stepped on the stage, including Alice Cooper, Bob Dylan, Elton John, Enrique Iglesias, Phil Collins, R.E.M., Scorpions and Simple Minds.
