X-Trial Wiener Neustadt

Wiener Neustadt’s Arena Nova is among the european venues that has previously hosted X-Trial World Championship events, the series having visited from 2015 to 2017.  It returns to the calendar after 2023.  

The multi-use facility has staged not only sporting events, but conferences and concerts of various types, and depending on its configuration can house from 1,000 to 5,000 spectators.  

Its significant scale – a space of 5,580m2 – and its proximity to the Austrian capital Viena ensure the prominence of this centre.  

The venue was inaugurated in 1994 and since then has hosted the Final of the Women’s Handball World Championship and the European Men’s Handball Championship in 2010.
