Håkon Pedersen has been one of the leading Trials riders to come out of Norway in recent seasons.  His only official X-Trial appearance to date was in his country's 2012 X-Trial of Nations debut, when they took fifth.  Pedersen is the reigning Nordic Trials Champion, and he has recent World Championship experience having finished eleventh in the Trial2 category in 2018.
